Do I need battery backup power supplies?
For most doors and gates that must remain controllable during load-shedding, yes. Battery backup keeps the system predictable and reduces “it stopped working” support calls.
Which credential method is best: RFID, keypad, biometric, face, palm?
RFID is the most cost-effective and fast for estates/staff. Keypads are good for shared points. Biometrics/face/palm are best for higher-control or sensitive areas. We’ll recommend based on traffic flow and risk.
Can access control work on gates and doors together?
Yes. We design the controller architecture so doors and gates behave consistently, with clean user and permission management.
Will this integrate with sliding gate motors?
Yes — as part of controlled access. We prefer linking gate control to credentials, permissions, and visitor workflows, not selling “motor-only” installs as a main offering.
